2. Appointments and Cancellations Clients may request services via the online form or by phone. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to inclement weather or other factors. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled service may be subject to a fee.

3. Payments All prices listed are starting rates. Full payment is due upon service confirmation unless otherwise agreed. We accept secure online payments via Stripe.

4. Accuracy of Information Clients are responsible for providing accurate grave location details. Inaccurate or incomplete information may delay or affect service.

5. Refunds Refunds are issued only for services not rendered or if cancellation is made within the appropriate time window. If a client is unsatisfied, we will make reasonable efforts to address concerns.

6. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for damage to fragile or deteriorating markers. All services are performed with care using approved methods. By hiring us, you agree not to hold us responsible for unforeseen outcomes beyond our control.
